History

The founder of W3Ocean is an IT Professional with more than 20 years experience in various sectors such as Multimedia, E-Learning, Higher-Education solutions, E-Government solutions and Mapping applications. The history of W3Ocean can be trace back to 2000 when Hoi Chong lead Dnium to address the opportunities in the nascent E-Learning industry in Singapore. He spearheaded the expansion into new markets such as Brunei and crafted Portal solution for MOE, Higher Education solutions for Universiti Brunei Darussalam and various E-Government specific solutions. Today W3Ocean is grounded on a solid foundation of experience in software applications and a strong dose of enthusiasm and youthful energy.
